The Sandringham

30ml Portobello Road Sloeberry & Blackcurrant
30ml Dubonnet
15ml Gammeldansk

Build over ice in a mixing jar and strain in to a rocks glass with one large ice block. Garnish with a slice of lemon, pips removed.

Black Cow Hot Apple



25ml Black Cow Christmas Spirit
250ml Cloudy Apple Juice

For the vodka lovers - simply heat some cloudy apple juice in a pan and add a measure of Christmas Spirit.

Mandarin Mojito

1 rounded tsp marmalade
50ml Myers's Dark Rum
1 mandarin, plus 1 slice
1 star anise
ice or chilled tonic water to serve

Shake the marmalade, dark rum, mandarin juice and star anise in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain in to an ice filled glass, top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of mandarin.

Whisky, Spice & Everything Nice



60ml Monkey Shoulder
30ml Cointreau
30ml Lime juice
30ml Ginger cranberry juice
120ml soda water
Wheel of lime, to serve

For the ginger cranberry juice: wash 2 inches of ginger and blend with 250ml cranberry juice. Fine strain. Then add all ingredients except soda to a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into glass. Finish with soda and garnish with lime wheels.

Holiday Horseshoe Margarita

60ml Herradura Plata Tequila
30ml Lime juice
12.5ml Agave syrup
12.5ml Pomegranate juice
Lime wedge
Pomegranate seeds

Shake the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain in to an ice filled glass and garnish with a wedge of lime and a scattering of pomegranate seeds.

Portobello Road Alexander

37.5ml Portobello Road London Dry Gin
15ml Peter Heering Cherry Liqueur
10ml Single cream
10ml milk
tsp of mincemeat

Shake all the ingredients thoroughly with ice in a cocktail shaker and then strain in to stemmed cocktail glass. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with red currants.

Petite 75

50ml Temperance
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine
Lemon or Maraschino cherries

Shake Temperance, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into a flute, top with Eisberg non-alcoholic sparkling and garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a maraschino cherry.
