Local Heroes 3 - Brothers in Arms
Made with Local Heroes No.3 gin, produced in collaboration with Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits, world class Bartender Joe Schofield created the Brothers in Arms drink to showcase the gin in this delicious blend of flavours. Named after the 1985 track by Dire Straits, Joe is soon to open his own bar with his brother, Daniel so this creation is a personal one of taste and story-telling.
Joe has previously won International Bartender of the Year and having worked in some of the top bars around the world (including The American Bar at The Savoy, London and The Tippling Club, Singapore) is opening his own bar in Manchester soon.
Recipe:
25ml Manzanilla Sherry
Top with Pedrino Tonic
Serve on ice in a high glass and garnish with lemon peel and a Sicilian olive.
