Portobello Road Signature Serve

In partnership with our good friends at Fever-Tree, we’ve crafted simple, elegant summer tipples, each blended with their stunning Refreshingly Light low-calorie mixers.

Our Signature Serve is a timeless summer libation and perfectly pairs with Fever-Tree’s Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic. Serve with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a sprinkling of juniper berries for an aromatic serve.

Ingredients

50ml Portobello Road Gin

100ml Fever-Tree tonic water

Twist of pink grapefruit

Method

Fill the glass with lots of good quality ice. Add the Portobello Road Gin and top with tonic water taking extra care to pour it as slowly as you can so as to maintain it’s effervescence. Cut a thin peel of grapefruit and twist over the top of the glass to release the oils from the skin. Place the peel in the drink and enjoy.
