Petite 75
30 January 2020

As January (finally!) comes to a close, we’re toasting the end of Moderation Month with a spin on one of our favourite gin cocktails. We’ve put a Temperance twist on the French 75, to make the Petite 75.

A beautifully fresh serve, perfect for raising a toast, this rounds up our suggested serves for Temperance spirit, meaning you can moderate your drinking with a range of different drinks throughout the year, should you wish to, without compromising on taste or quality.

Petite in name and abv, this deliciously decadent drink is just 1.3% abv (0.21 units.)

To make your own you’ll need:

50ml Temperance
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine
Lemon or Maraschino cherries

Shake Temperance, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into a flute, top with Eisberg non-alcoholic sparkling and garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a maraschino cherry.
