Red Snapper

The reason we think that the Red Snapper is infinitely better than the Bloody Mary? Well, it’s in the botanicals of course. For a drink that is a potable casserole of flavours, the addition of the botanicals in a London dry gin, particularly the juniper, makes for a more complex & enjoyable flavour. We think the drink has been summarised perfectly by Charles Embury, who wrote that the Bloody Mary is “a classic example of combining in one potion both the poison and the antidote”.

You just need three or four ice cubes, and this is one drink you certainly don’t want to shake. The best way to mix it is to pour all of the ingredients into one glass and then pour into an identical one, and then back.

Tip: Make these in a pint glass so you really get to enjoy!
